Our system makes it easy for property management firms, landlords, building owners, and condo boards to find-out whether one of their units is listed on third party rental websites.

The rampant growth of sublet platforms have left property managers and landlords behind the technology curve as they have no way to track which of their tenants are renting the property without permission. The third party rental websites don't provide the exact address of a potential place to stay until booked. We can help uncover those that are abusing their lease or HOA agreement.

Our clients log into a system where they can see all of the nearby listings for their specific property from websites like Airbnb, Flipkey, HomeAway, and VRBO in one concise database. We have human researchers that will comb through these listings to see if they match our clients' buildings. Monitor

We monitor third-party rental websites like Airbnb continuously to gather all of the listings near your buildings. Rental websites only provide a general location of a property, an exact address won't appear until the user completes the booking. It's a long process, especially in big cities like New York or Chicago, or in heavy touristy states like California and Florida.

Research

Our technology scrapes the websites automatically and then our dedicated team of human researchers relentlessly work hard to comb through each of the listings to determine if they match your building. We allow our clients to log into a secure database to see all the listings, as well as any matches. Copies are kept permanently even if they go inactive on the short term rental site.

Notify

We provide reports that contain everything you need to assess a fine or get an eviction processed; however some of our clients simply choose to not renew those particular leases. Weekly emails of findings are sent but clients can log-in anytime to see our progress and the results of our frequent scans and research.
